Inspired Action coaching isn’t just talking. We’ll be working with your brain, your heart and even your energy system to help you completely integrate positive change for yourself and your business.
It’s coaching and a private class all rolled into one and tailored to your needs.
All programs (but the single session) include a recording of your session, worksheets and handouts. Plus instructions as appropriate for HeartTalk, Brain Boosters, Inspired Action Shift and EFT plus EFT videos and a personal EFT script. You’ll also get a business evaluation and website evaluation. The Mastery Program includes everything.
Work on personal development. Work on business development. Work on both–that’s usually the most effective!
- Mastery Program: Twelve 60-minute weekly sessions or every other week if you prefer. Even once a month. It’s the only program that includes unlimited email. It’s usually both personal and business development.
- My Story, My Beliefs: Four super in-depth 90-minute sessions. It’s my fave. Not for the faint of heart, but gives you the greatest leap forward. You’ll discover what’s really holding you back. And you’ll get easy, effective ways to let go of your old story and all those beliefs that don’t serve you or your business. Also great for people thinking about starting a business but not sure.
- Jump Start Program: Three 60-minute sessions. Move forward on one or two specific challenges.
- Just a question: One single 90-minute session. Includes website evaluation. Limited time only for 90 minutes and one per person or business.
